Professional air conditioning in Sant Cugat del Vallès

HVAC Barcelona installs, repairs and maintains air conditioning systems in Sant Cugat del Vallès for apartments, houses, offices and commercial premises. Equipment is selected according to the requirements of each space, considering insulation, orientation, glazing, ceiling height and expected occupancy.

Our service includes equipment supply, indoor and outdoor unit installation, refrigerant connections, pipe insulation, condensate drainage and the associated electrical connections. We check for leaks, evacuate the refrigerant circuit and test system operation during commissioning.

We also replace ageing installations and diagnose equipment with insufficient cooling, water leaks, unusual noise or operating errors. Air distribution and control locations are planned around how the property is used. Before handover, we explain the main settings and check the functions provided by the installed system.

Domestic air conditioning systems in Sant Cugat del Vallès

We install domestic air conditioning in Sant Cugat del Vallès for individual rooms, several living spaces or different floors of a property. Options include wall-mounted split units and multisplit systems, using indoor and outdoor unit combinations approved by the manufacturer.

For houses with several floors, we assess bedrooms, living rooms and home offices separately. Required capacity is calculated using floor area, solar exposure, insulation and internal heat sources. Equipment is not selected on floor area alone.

Indoor units are positioned to avoid continuous direct airflow towards beds, sofas and desks. We configure the available cooling and heating modes, fan speeds and operating schedules. Our service also includes cleaning, maintenance, repairs and replacement of existing domestic equipment, with recommendations based on its condition and the household’s requirements.

Ducted air conditioning and Airzone systems

We design and install ducted air conditioning in Sant Cugat del Vallès for homes, offices and commercial premises with sufficient ceiling void space. We calculate air distribution, plan supply and return routes and select suitable grilles for each room.

The indoor unit and ductwork are concealed above the ceiling, with access panels for filters, drains and components requiring maintenance. We assess insulation and outlet positioning to prevent condensation and uneven air distribution.

Where the equipment and installation are compatible, we incorporate Airzone zoning using thermostats and motorised dampers. This arrangement allows different areas to be regulated according to their requirements. We check control compatibility and adjust airflow and coordinated system operation before handover. The zoning layout is designed around the property rather than assuming every room requires the same settings.

We provide air conditioning maintenance and repairs in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

We investigate equipment that provides insufficient cooling, stops unexpectedly, leaks water or produces unusual noise and smells. Symptoms are assessed and appropriate checks are completed before component replacement is recommended.

Depending on the system and its condition, we clean filters, heat exchangers, fan wheels and condensate trays. We also inspect drainage, electrical connections, mounting supports and control operation.

We diagnose sensor, fan and electronic component faults, and assess circuit board repairs where practical. If refrigerant loss is identified, we investigate the leak before proposing repairs and restoring the required charge. After the work, we check equipment operation under the conditions available during the visit and explain any further work that may be needed.

Geography and local approach

We work throughout Sant Cugat del Vallès, including Centre, Mira-sol, Valldoreix, La Floresta and Les Planes. Each installation is adapted to the property, from apartments with limited outdoor space to houses with several floors, terraces and gardens.

For homes with extensive glazing, we assess orientation and solar exposure when sizing the equipment. In bedrooms and quiet areas, we pay attention to unit positioning and vibration transmission. Pipework and drainage routes are planned for neat integration with the interior and exterior finishes.

Before installation, we review the proposed location and any conditions or permissions that need to be addressed. Components requiring inspection, cleaning or repair are left accessible for future servicing.
